None of them solved it, because the problem was never the people. Everything I knew about running the practice lived in my head, and training someone new meant emptying it out again.
So I built something that doesn't leave. It knows my calendar, my inbox, how I run the practice, and what I care about, and it takes the $20 decisions so my judgment stays on the $800 ones. This is the recording of a live session with a room of practice owners, where I walk through the whole thing: what I type in the morning, what comes back, and how it is different from asking a chatbot a question.
